Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement is a plain-language contract between you (“Creator”, “you”) and OnlyPPV (“we”, “us”). You accept it before connecting your Telegram account to the Service. It works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

It exists so you know exactly what we do, what we can and cannot access, how money flows, and how to leave — before you commit anything.

OnlyPPV is a self-service software tool. It runs an AI chatter behind your real Telegram account that replies to fans in your style and sells the pay-per-view content you upload. You set the persona, content, and prices; the chatter handles ongoing conversations.

You keep full ownership of your Telegram account, your content, and your audience. We are not your agent, manager, or employer, and we never produce, edit, or curate your content.

The Service operates behind your real Telegram account so the AI can read and reply to messages on your behalf. It never receives your Telegram password or login, and it cannot post to your channel or act outside the chats you connect.

You stay in control. You can disconnect at any time in your Telegram settings, which stops the AI immediately. Nothing we do survives that disconnection.

Fans pay in Telegram Stars (“★”) directly inside Telegram. For each sale you keep 70% and OnlyPPV retains a flat 30% platform fee. 1 ★ is approximately $0.013, market-dependent.

In exchange for the platform fee, OnlyPPV covers the AI processing costs incurred on your account. Nothing is charged to you up front — the split happens on each sale.

Telegram holds received Stars for up to 21 days before they become eligible for withdrawal. This is Telegram’s own policy, applied to every bot — not something OnlyPPV controls. See Telegram’s Terms of Service for Bot Developers, §6.2.4.

Once Stars are eligible, payouts are denominated in Stars and paid out in USDT (Tether) to a wallet address you provide, typically within 48 hours of your request. The minimum payout threshold is 2,000 ★ (approximately $26 USDT, market-dependent).

Network fees for blockchain transfers are borne by the Creator. You are responsible for the correctness of the wallet address you provide; transfers to an incorrect address are irrecoverable. You are responsible for any tax obligations in your jurisdiction.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you own or have the rights to all content you upload, and that your content is lawful.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that every individual who appears in your content is also 18 or older and has given lawful consent, and for maintaining age-verification and consent records as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and any other applicable law. You agree to comply with Telegram’s Terms of Service.

Either side can stop at any time. Disconnect the bot in your Telegram settings to halt the Service immediately.

Your account, your audience, and your content remain entirely yours. There is no lock-in and no exit fee.

OnlyPPV is a tool, not a promise of income. Results depend on your content and your audience. We do not guarantee any particular level of earnings.
