Terms of Service

By accessing or using OnlyPPV (“Service”, “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you (“Creator”, “you”) and OnlyPPV (“we”, “us”). They apply to all access to or use of the Platform, including the dashboard, the AI chatter, the integration with your Telegram account, and any related services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use OnlyPPV. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you are 18+ in the jurisdiction in which you reside.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that every individual who appears in any content you upload is also 18 or older and has provided lawful consent to the production and distribution of that content. You must maintain age-verification and consent records as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and any other applicable law, and provide them to us on request.

OnlyPPV runs an AI chatter behind your real Telegram account. The AI replies to fans in your style, sells pay-per-view content you upload, and routes payments via Telegram Stars. You set persona, content, and prices once; the chatter handles ongoing conversations.

OnlyPPV is a software service. We do not produce, edit, or curate content. All content you upload is your sole responsibility.

OnlyPPV retains a 30% platform fee from your gross revenue. The fee is flat and applies to all earnings routed through your Telegram account by the chatter.

In exchange for the platform fee, OnlyPPV covers all AI processing costs incurred by the chatter on your account and bears the operational risk of account moderation, including platform-level account suspensions caused by our chatter activity.

Payouts are denominated in Telegram Stars (“★”) and paid out in USDT (Tether) to a wallet address you provide. The minimum payout threshold is 2,000 ★ (approximately $26 USDT, market-dependent).

Payout requests are typically processed within 48 hours. Network fees for blockchain transfers are borne by the Creator. You are responsible for the correctness of the wallet address you provide; transfers to an incorrect address are irrecoverable.

You are responsible for any tax obligations arising from your earnings in your jurisdiction. OnlyPPV does not withhold tax on your behalf.

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content you grant OnlyPPV a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, transmit, and deliver that content to fans via Telegram solely to operate the Service.

You agree not to upload content that depicts minors, non-consensual acts, illegal acts, or content that violates Telegram’s own Terms of Service. We may remove content, suspend the chatter, or terminate your account for violations.

You agree not to instruct the chatter to engage in unlawful conduct, to impersonate another individual, or to operate outside Telegram’s rate limits and policies.

We operate the chatter with human-like timing, content deduplication, and continuous anomaly detection. If our systems detect a risk to your account, we will automatically pause the chatter on your account.

OnlyPPV is not a guarantor of Telegram’s platform decisions. Telegram retains the unilateral right to moderate or suspend accounts. While we work to keep your account safe, we cannot warrant that your Telegram account will never be moderated.

We strive for 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may schedule maintenance, change features, or temporarily suspend the Service to investigate abuse or security incidents.

We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions outside our reasonable control, including outages of Telegram’s API, blockchain networks, or third-party AI providers.

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your Telegram account in the dashboard and requesting account deletion.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, upload illegal content, or pose a risk to the platform or other Creators. We will give reasonable notice unless immediate suspension is required by law or by an imminent safety risk.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections concerning revenue accrued before termination, indemnity, and limitation of liability survive.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlyPPV is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the platform fees you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold OnlyPPV harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of: (a) content you upload or instruct the chatter to send; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law; or (d) your violation of the rights of any third party.

We may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced in the dashboard and posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after the change constitutes acceptance.
